Whether you wish to attend the Convention by yourself, with a just a few colleagues or clients or you have a large group to bring, we have a hospitality package for you. Individual seats are available, as well as corporate packages and private boxes. We can offer fine dining as well as plenty of opportunities to ensure you and your guests have an unforgettable day.
The Annual Convention runs from approximately 10am – 5pm (doors will open at 9am).

Ticket Types
Stalls and arena seats
Unreserved stalls and arena seats can be booked for individuals or groups. Ticket prices include an IoD lunchbox with wine and coffee, souvenir programme, delegate portfolio, entrance to the exhibitions and optional seminar places.
Private Boxes
Reserve the best seats in the house to entertain guests with the privacy and convenience of your own bar.
- Loggia boxes hold 8 people.
- Grand tier boxes hold 12 people.
- Second tier boxes hold either 4 or 5 people.
Corporate packages
An option to purchase 10 reserved seats in a prime location in the stalls and a private table in the Gallery for the Club Lunch.
Refreshments and Lunch Options
Refreshments
Tea and coffee will be served at designated coffee points both on arrival and after lunch. Those in private boxes will have tea and coffee delivered directly to their box. After lunch the coffee points will also open as full cash bars.
Lunch box
All tickets include a lunch box. This is a three course restaurant standard cold lunch with water and wine. A typical Convention sight is delegates picnicking with their lunch boxes on the steps of the Albert Memorial opposite the Hall.
